Hey everyone! I’ve been doing some research into NGOs lately, and I noticed that there are quite a few NGO Websites available on the internet, and not all of them are user-friendly or transparent. I’m hoping to find some of the Best NGO Websites in India, where I can find out what the donation impact is, as well as how to donate. Since some of the NGO Websites I’ve looked at so far look old and overwhelming, I’d appreciate any recommendations for trustworthy and easy-to-navigate NGO Websites. I look forward to hearing from you!
Donating under 80G gives you an opportunity to support social causes as well as benefit from tax deductions. There are numerous registered NGOs across India who issue donations under 80G certificates to their donors, thereby allowing them to claim the amount they donated when filing for income tax status. By way of example, PARD India utilizes donations made pursuant to 80G status by providing educational programs, community support services and various types of awareness campaigns. Additionally, making donations to eligible NGOs under 80G will provide you the confidence that your contribution is going to be used by the NGO in an appropriate manner. Your contribution not only has a positive impact on the lives of those in your community; it also results in an added benefit for you as a taxpayer.
Hello guys, I have planned for my son's birthday celebration as a feed for the less fortunate In 2023! I would love some help finding a trust-worthy charity NGO to donate food in India to Slum Children/ Feeding the Homeless or people that live in shelters in India. I'd prefer that these meals be healthy and get to the people who really need it. Has anyone had a good experience working with Akshaya Patra, Feeding India and/or other organizations? Please let me know if you have suggestions of local organizations I should look into.

With the many active non-profit organizations, it’s nearly impossible to create a final Top 10 NGO in India. Several prominent NGOs have maintained high standards over many years with geographic diversity including Goonj, Smile Foundation, HelpAge India. My opinion is that field operations effectiveness and financial accountability should be the criteria for consideration as opposed to the size and public recognition of the organization. I would like to know what organizations you would place on this list, based on recent rural development work completed by those organizations.
