    Sports play an important role in keeping people healthy and active. Regular exercise through sports helps improve physical fitness, strengthen the heart, and reduce the risk of many diseases. It also helps people maintain a healthy weight and have more energy. Besides physical benefits, sports are also good for mental health. Playing sports can reduce stress, improve mood, and increase self-confidence. Many people enjoy sports because they provide a fun way to relax and spend time with friends. For students, participating in sports such as football, basketball, badminton, or swimming helps develop teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills. These qualities are valuable not only in school but also in everyday life. In conclusion, everyone should make time for sports. Even 30 minutes of exercise each day can lead to a healthier, happier, and more active lifestyle.
