Guys, so we've got a mold situation at home here in the US that's gone beyond what a can of spray and a weekend can fix. Looking into mold remediation services but the range of companies and prices is all over the place. Anyone gone through this recently and can share what to actually look for when choosing someone to handle it properly?

Rate transparency before confirmation is the non negotiable for me. Too many platforms show an attractive number upfront and then the actual spread is different once you're mid transaction. The ones worth using are completely upfront about what arrives on the other side before you commit anything.

So my wife and I are seriously considering relocating for a few years and Dubai keeps coming up as an option. Back here in the US the school system and housing decisions usually go hand in hand and I'm wondering how that translates over there. Anyone with kids actually gone the townhouses in Dubai route rather than an apartment? Curious how the community side works out for families specifically.

Hobby niches with passionate buyers are where I'd look first. People who are genuinely into something spend without much convincing. Avoid anything that's been plastered across every beginner YouTube video for the past two years.

Hey guys, so I've been into sports betting for a while now and here in Canada the payment side of things can get pretty annoying with banks blocking transactions left and right. A buddy mentioned switching to USDT betting as a workaround and honestly it makes sense on paper. Anyone made the switch from regular payment methods to crypto for betting? Is it as straightforward as it sounds or does it come with its own set of headaches?
