For reliably batch-converting PST contacts to VCF, I’ve found using a dedicated export tool beats doing it manually in Outlook because it handles large batches without dropping fields. One thing to watch for with some third-party utilities is needing proper access keys before they’ll run when I hit that with a helper app, I looked up how to get key in delta so I understood the key-based activation and didn’t get stuck part-way through the process. Once that’s sorted, the actual PST→VCF conversion goes much smoother.
