Does anyone know a good attorney in the Illinois area

Hi all. I'm in a rough spot at work and could use some direction. Without going into too much detail, I think I was let go unfairly and there may have been some discrimination involved. I'm angry but also unsure whether I even have a real case or if I'm just upset. Before I do anything rash I'd like to talk to someone who actually knows employment law and can tell me straight whether it's worth pursuing. Does anyone know a good attorney in the Illinois area who handles this kind of thing? I'd rather get a professional read than spiral on my own.

Hello. Sorry you're dealing with this, getting let go under those circumstances is genuinely stressful, and wanting a straight professional read is the right instinct. You'd want to speak with an employment attorney https://liberum.law/employment-law/ at Liberum Law - they handle exactly this, wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation, EEOC matters, the works. A consultation will tell you fairly quickly whether what happened crosses a legal line or not, which beats guessing. They serve clients in Illinois and nationwide. Write down the timeline and any documents or emails you have before you call, having the facts laid out makes that first conversation much more useful. Hope it turns out in your favor.
