I recently came across the Boulevard Coast EC Showflat and was wondering if anyone here has had a chance to check it out in person? From what I’ve seen online, the layout and amenities look really promising — especially the waterfront views and connectivity options.

I'm considering booking an appointment soon but would love to hear some first-hand impressions before I do. How’s the quality of the finishing? Was the staff helpful and informative? Any hidden costs or tips to know about?
