I'm currently researching mobile app development and trying to figure out the most cost-effective way to build a high-quality app in 2025. There are so many options out there—native development, cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native, low-code platforms, etc.

For those of you who have recently developed an app (or are in the process), what approach did you take and why? Also, any insights on typical costs, timeframes, and lessons learned would be super helpful.
