I'm looking for honest suggestions from people who’ve actually used gemstones. I’ve been reading a lot about Emerald, Blue Sapphire, and Moonga Stone — all three seem powerful, but I’m not sure which one is the best fit for me.

I struggle with maintaining focus and overthinking.
My birth chart shows Mercury is weak, Saturn is a bit unstable, and Mars is aggressive.
I’ve never worn a gemstone before.
