I’ve been looking at Micro Center from a retail customer-experience perspective, and it’s interesting to think about how electronics retailers manage customer relationships across different touchpoints.
A customer might interact with a retailer through the website, visit a physical store, contact customer support, purchase a product, and later need help with returns or technical service. Keeping all of that information connected can make the overall experience much smoother.
I’m curious how other electronics retailers approach this. Do they use CRM systems to centralize customer information, purchase history, service requests, and communication?
