Thermal cleaning is a controlled process and gives reproducible results. It’s especially useful for cleaning metal components such as fixtures, hooks, racks, filters, and production tools that are repeatedly coated during manufacturing.
    Another advantage is that thermal cleaning can reduce the need for manual labor. Workers spend less time scraping hardened residue, which can improve productivity and lower the risk of damaging expensive parts. It can also help extend the service life of reusable equipment because the cleaning process is designed to preserve the underlying metal when operated according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
    That said, it isn’t the right solution for every application. Heat-sensitive materials, plastics, rubber, or certain composite parts may not be suitable for thermal cleaning.
