ISO 22000 Internal Auditor Training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 and the auditing guidelines of ISO 19011. The course covers the requirements of the standard, HACCP principles, prerequisite programs (PRPs), hazard analysis, risk-based thinking, audit planning and execution, nonconformity reporting, corrective actions, and continual improvement. Through practical exercises, case studies, and audit simulations, participants will develop the competence to assess the effectiveness of an organization's FSMS, ensure compliance with ISO 22000 requirements, and contribute to the continual improvement of food safety performance.
