I work full-time and usually don't get home until most cleaners are about to close, so I've been thinking about trying a pickup and delivery service instead.

My only concern is handing over expensive clothes like suits and wool coats without seeing the shop in person.

Has anyone here used a pickup and delivery dry cleaner? Was the quality as good as dropping everything off yourself, or would you still rather visit the store?

I've been using a free pickup and delivery service for several months now because of my work schedule, and it's been much more convenient than I expected. The biggest thing is choosing a cleaner with good reviews and clear communication. I haven't noticed any difference in quality compared to dropping clothes off myself.
