Consolidating several separate mailboxes becomes far more manageable when there's a way to migrate multiple IMAP accounts to Gmail using a CSV file, rather than repeating Gmail's manual import process individually for each account that needs to be combined. Gmail's built-in Accounts and Import feature is designed around adding one mail account at a time through its settings interface, with no native option to batch-import several IMAP sources together using a prepared list of credentials. This means organizations or individuals managing multiple email accounts have to manually authenticate and configure each one separately, repeating the same several-step process as many times as there are accounts to migrate. The SysInfo Email Migration Tool addresses this directly through its Batch Mode, where an Import CSV option accepts a file containing details for multiple accounts and processes them together in a single migration run. Folder hierarchy is preserved across all migrated accounts, and advanced filters can be applied uniformly before clicking Start Process.
