Before joining a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, I was honestly nervous about whether I could handle the schedule. But after the first week, my body and mind slowly adjusted. The course was intense in a positive way because it pushed me to grow physically and mentally. I especially enjoyed the philosophy and meditation classes because they added much more depth to the experience. Many students, including me, felt a noticeable shift in our lifestyle and mindset after completing the training.
