There's a small amount of water that shows up around the bottom of our toilet but not after every single flush, maybe every third or fourth time. Dried it up, comes back a day later. Thought it was condensation at first but it's definitely not. Struggling to figure out if this is urgent or something that can wait a couple weeks before calling someone out.
We had something really similar and ignored it because it wasn’t constant, just a little puddle every few days. Turned out it wasn’t random at all - the wax seal under the toilet was slowly failing, so only certain flushes would leak a bit depending on pressure and how it shifted. By the time we called someone, the subfloor was already starting to get soft. I found toilet repair Prescott AZ licensed plumber while trying to figure out if it was urgent, and it helped me realize “intermittent” leaks are often the sneakiest ones.
