roast beef hash recipe sauté diced onions and bell peppers in oil until softened. Add chopped leftover roast beef and cook until crispy. Stir in diced potatoes (pre-cooked or leftover), season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Fry until golden, and top with a fried egg if desired. Enjoy!
