To get the best results from fosfomycin 3gm sachet, follow your doctor’s instructions carefully. This medicine contains Fosfomycin, an antibiotic used to treat urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by bacteria. It is usually taken as a single dose. Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (not hot), stir well, and drink it immediately.
