I’ve noticed that short bursts of gaming between tasks sometimes improve my focus. I recently started playing https://duckclicker.net as a mental breather, but now I’m questioning whether it’s helping or hurting productivity. Does anyone else use idle games as short mental resets, or do you find them too distracting?
