Hello! Yes, there is. I’ve been using the lol mmr check from AgataSmurf and it’s pretty accurate in my experience. Riot doesn’t reveal the real formula, so it’s impossible to know officially, but this calculator uses your recent games to give you a clear approximation. It analyzes wins, deaths, objective plays, and how consistent you are in matches. For me, it revealed that I was playing at a higher MMR than my Gold rank suggested, which explained why I was often matched with higher-tier players. Having this clarity changed how I approached ranked: instead of tilting at low LP gains, I focused on refining my mechanics and objective play. It’s a nice way to measure progress beyond just visible rank.
