Need Insights on Cisco SLM2008PT-AU: Is It Worth the Investment?

I'm considering upgrading my network setup and came across the Cisco SLM2008PT-AU. I've heard good things about its performance and features, but I want to make sure it's the right fit for my needs. Has anyone here used this switch? How does it fare in terms of reliability and ease of use? I'm particularly interested in its Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities and overall network performance.
