My Outlook is Too Large Becouse Of Multiple Duplicates Files, and I Want To Remove Them?

My Outlook has become overrun with duplicate emails and contacts due to various imports and syncing problems. Managing everything is difficult, and it is hard to find the correct messages or contacts.
Does anyone have a way to find duplicates in Outlook to remove them safely? I have been using the cleanup tool that is in Outlook, but it does not seem to catch all of them.
Has anyone used an automated solution that works well? I am open to suggestions if anybody has an easy duplication cleaning tool that they have enjoyed using, that will not destroy my data?

Managing email and contact duplicates in Outlook can be frustrating, especially after performing multiple imports or experiencing issues with syncing contacts. Outlook does have a built-in cleanup tool, which is helpful, but it doesn't find many duplicates. A much better solution is to use a third-party solution like SameTools Outlook Duplicate Remover. This tool scans your MSG folders, including emails, contacts, calendar items, and tasks, and removes them without losing any data. You can review the duplicates in the MSG before deleting them, ensuring you only delete identical items and preventing the loss of information. It works with all versions of Outlook, like 2003, 2007, 2020, 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2024, and it is easy to use for even the non-technical user. The software provides options to back up all data or move the duplicate MSG items to a folder that is separate from the clean inbox before you delete them.

However, an automated method is more reliable and the most time-efficient solution for a mailbox with many items or for someone who synchronizes their contacts frequently.
