Hello everyone! I have an old CSV file with all my contacts saved from my computer, and I want to import them into both Android and iPhone devices. I read about CSV to vCard conversion, but I’m not sure how to create a file that works on both platforms. Some people say you need a specific vCard version, but I’m confused about which one to pick. Also, how do I make sure all contacts are formatted correctly before importing? I really don’t want to lose my saved phone numbers or emails.
I wanted my PC contacts on Android and iPhone. GainTools CSV to vCard Converter preserved all contact details and allowed proper field mapping. The CSV to VCF Converter produced a clean VCF file that imported perfectly on both devices. It is supports all Windows operating systems and also supports vCards version 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. I used the free demo first to verify a small batch before converting the full file. Every contact, including emails and company info, was intact.
