I’ve recently started exploring Access Consciousness Bars as part of my journey into energy healing and mental clarity. I had my first session last week and felt surprisingly relaxed afterward—but I’m still wondering: Do you really need multiple sessions of Access Bars to experience lasting results?
From what I understand, Access Consciousness Bars is about gently touching 32 points on the head to release stored thoughts, emotions, and energy blockages. While the first session left me calmer, I didn’t notice any dramatic transformation—yet.
That got me thinking:
How many sessions did it take before you noticed a significant shift?
Is it better to space sessions weekly, monthly, or more frequently?
Does consistency matter more than the number of sessions?
Also, I’m curious about the Access Bars session price. Some Access Bars practitioners charge quite a bit depending on the location or experience level. Is there a standard range for pricing, or does it vary widely?
If you've worked with an experienced Access Bars practitioner, I’d love to hear how they guided you through the process and what kind of changes you noticed over time.
Looking forward to your insights. Trying to figure out if this is something I should commit to long-term or just occasionally!
Thanks in advance ð
