    NBA 2K22 will feature three all-time greats on the cover of its 75th Anniversary Edition cover. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Dirk Nowitzki, and Kevin Durant will be representing three different eras of the NBA, representing the best of the best of the league throughout its colorful history.

    NBA 2K also created a specialized GameStop Exclusive cover featuring WNBA star Candace Parker, who becomes the first woman to appear on the cover of an NBA 2K22 video game.

    A third version, the NBA 75th Anniversary Edition, will focus on a trio of the league’s most impactful bigs: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Dirk Nowitzki, and Kevin Durant. All three versions are due out on 10th September, and are available to pre-order from today.     NBA 2K22 75th Anniversary Edition will launch alongside the Standard Edition and the WNBA 25th Anniversary Edition on all platforms on September 10, 2021. With Luka Doncic being on the cover of the Standard Edition, that makes two Mavs appearing on NBA 2K‘s cover in the same year. Dirk in particular had a funny reaction to being part of the three cover athletes on their edition of the cover.

    Kevin Durant, who is arguably the best player in the NBA right now, will also appear on the special cover of NBA 2K22. Durant previously appeared on the cover of NBA 2K13 and NBA 2K15.
